Traditional Korean Karate · Indio, CA
Tang Soo Do.
Discipline, respect, and real self-defense — taught the traditional way in the heart of the Coachella Valley. Children, teens, and adults.
The art
A stronger mind, body, and spirit.
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art built on powerful kicking, strong hand techniques, and formal patterns called hyung.
Students train in the values that have carried the art for generations: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.
Rank & tradition
Students earn color belts by testing. At dan level the belt is midnight blue, not black — black marks an ending, midnight blue the sky before dawn, because here mastery is treated as a beginning.
